Zhenyang Development Was Recognized as Zhejiang Provincial Basic-Level Smart Factory

Recently, upon recognition by the Economy and Information Technology Department of Zhejiang, Zhenyang Development has been designated as a Zhejiang Provincial Basic-Level Smart Factory.
In recent years, Zhenyang Development has actively carried out digital planning and construction at the production line and workshop levels. It has successively built a provincial-level digital workshop for annual output of 150,000 tons of caustic soda concentration and a municipal-level digital workshop for annual output of 300,000 tons of high-end polyvinyl chloride materials. The company has solidly advanced digital R&D and design of products and processes, with 9 software technologies¡ªincluding ¡®Logistics Integration System¡¯, ¡®Real-Time Data Acquisition System¡¯, and ¡®Digital Unified Management Platform System¡¯¡ªobtaining computer software copyright registration certificates. It has established systems for safety management, intelligent production control, and logistics appointment queuing, which manage operation plans, product quality, and production materials. These systems enable real-time monitoring of key equipment, processes, and systems, as well as automated operations for critical production processes and lean management of key production procedures. With an investment of nearly 10 million yuan, the company has upgraded its enterprise resource planning system, achieving unified management of master data, optimized procurement and inventory management, automated sales processes, refined production management, and integrated financial management. This has effectively enhanced control capabilities in fields such as finance, procurement, sales, and production.
In future, Zhenyang Development will further deepen the application of cutting-edge technologies such as 5G + industrial internet and digital twins, accelerate its progress toward an advanced smart factory, continuously build a more competitive intelligent manufacturing system, and inject strong impetus into the new pattern of the enterprise¡äs strategic development through digital transformation.
