On August 4th, Qixiang Tengda (002408) announced that the company¡äs 300,000 tons/year epoxy propane unit completed all maintenance and technical upgrades, and gradually resumed normal production.
The unit was previously scheduled to be shut down from August 10, 2024 for technical upgrades and equipment maintenance. During the maintenance period, the company carried out maintenance and defect elimination for glitches in the equipment operation, and implemented technological upgrades for the process flow and equipment that affect production costs, improving the overall operating efficiency of the unit and ensuring its safe, stable, long-term and efficient operation.
Qixiang Tengda is one of the world¡äs largest producers of methyl ethyl ketone and maleic anhydride, mainly engaged in chemical manufacturing and supply chain management business. In recent years, the company has fully utilized the main components of "carbon-4" raw materials and extended them to the "carbon-3" industry chain. The company expects a net profit attributable to the parent company of RMB 19 million to RMB 28.5 million in the first half of 2025.
