On September 17th, the official website of Xing¡äan League Ecological Environment Bureau released a public notice on the acceptance of environmental impact assessment documents for Xing¡äan League Goldwind Technology Wind Power Hydrogen Production (Phase I) Project.
According to the information, this project is constructed by Goldwind Green Energy Hydrogen Energy Technology (Xing¡äan League) Co., Ltd. The Phase I project includes the construction of one electrolytic water hydrogen production plant, one hydrogen gas holder, and other supporting facilities. 32 sets of 1000Nm ³/h electrolytic cells are installed in the electrolytic water hydrogen production plant, with a maximum production efficiency of 32000Nm ³/h, an average production efficiency of 18750m ³/h, and an annual hydrogen production of 10000 tons.
The total investment is 600 million yuan, with a total environmental protection investment of 2.41-million-yuan, accounting for 4.02% of the total.
Construction period: With a construction period of 10 months, the project is expected to be put into production in June 2026. While the total land area of the factory is 268784 square meters, the Phase I construction area is 14070 square meters.
