Originally a subsidiary of Huntsman Corporation, Huntsman Tioxide mainly engages in the former Huntsman′s titanium dioxide and performance additives businesses. In recent years, Huntsman Tioxide has encountered significant twists and turns in its business development. Currently, the company is in the process of selling three companies it operates in the United Kingdom, and this sale will involve 520 employees of the company in the northeastern part of the UK.
