Recently, the high-end wet electronic chemicals project of Guangdong Tiancheng Chemical Co., Ltd. started construction in Zhuhai Economic and Technological Development Zone.

The project, which has just broken ground, is located on the southeast side of Hualian Third Road in the Fine Chemical Industry Park of Zhuhai Economic and Technological Development Zone. It covers an area of approximately 25,500 square meters with a total investment of 250 million yuan. A production line with an annual output of 30,000 tons of high-end electronic chemicals will be built here, and the products will include high-end special materials required in multiple fields such as integrated circuits, display panels, new energy, glass substrates and PCB. These materials specifically consist of electroplating additives, high-reliability electroless copper plating solutions, ABF (Ajinomoto Build-up Film) substrate desmear and copper plating solutions, copper surface treatment agents, etc.
