From September 17 to 19, the "2025 (22nd) China International Chemical Industry Fair" was held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. Focusing on the development trends of green low-carbon and high-end intelligent in the petrochemical and chemical industry, this exhibition gathered nearly 800 enterprises to participate. During the same period of the exhibition, a number of industry exchange conferences were held. CCAIA set up a booth and conducted in-depth exchanges with domestic and foreign counterparts during the exhibition. Zhang Peichao, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of CCAIA, and Wang Lili, Director of the International Cooperation Working Committee, attended the exhibition. At the same time, CCAIA conducted on-site research in Shanghai, visiting specialty chemicals manufacturer LANXESS Chemical, precious metal (palladium, nickel, platinum, etc.) producer Norilsk Nickel Russia, pulp producer Suzano Brazil, and industry engineering and technology unit China Chemical Huayi Engineering Technology Group Co., Ltd. CCAIA had in-depth communications with the relevant responsible persons of each enterprise and reached a consensus on strengthening exchanges and cooperation in the future.
