Tianjin Bohua Chemical Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Bohua Development”) entered into a strategic cooperation with Sun Yat-sen University. The two parties will carry out in-depth industry-university-research cooperation focusing on the fields of green chemical new materials and carbon neutrality technologies.

This strategic cooperation will take "technological synergy and resource complementarity" as its core, and focus on the application of green chemical new materials such as high value-added propylene oxide and high-performance polyvinyl chloride, as well as other carbon neutrality technology fields, to systematically conduct scientific research and industry-university-research collaborative research.

Both parties stated that they will jointly build a full-chain value closed loop of "R&D - transformation - industrialization". By deeply integrating the industrial advantages of the enterprise and the scientific research advantages of the university, they will accelerate the achievement transformation and industrial application of green chemical new material technologies, promote the Company′s new material products to leap into high value-added fields, and at the same time build a broader industrialization platform for the implementation of Sun Yat-sen University′s scientific research achievements, so as to realize the in-depth integration and two-way empowerment of "industry-university-research-application".
