On September 25, the metallocene catalyst development team at Jilin Petrochemical Research Institute successfully produced a qualified 100-gram grade metallocene catalyst. The yield, purity, and polymerization activity all fully met the assessment criteria, achieving internationally advanced standards. This marks the successful scale-up test of the 100-gram metallocene catalyst, representing a crucial step in breaking through foreign technological blockades and achieving independent control over key core technologies. It will significantly drive the development of company′s EPDM and polyolefin products toward series, differentiation and high-end advancement.
