Befar Group Submits Listing Application to the Main Board of the HKEX

According to the disclosure by the HKEX on October 22, Befar Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as " Befar Group") has submitted a listing application to the Main Board of the HKEX. Huatai International and CCB International serve as its joint sponsors. As stated in the prospectus, Befar Group maintains a leading position in the chlor-alkali chemicals industry. Meanwhile, it has achieved rapid growth in the fields of petrochemical C3-C4 products and wet electronic chemicals.

Founded in 1968, the company has been deeply engaged in the chemical industry for more than 50 years. Befar Group¡äs business scope covers three core segments: chlor-alkali chemicals, C3-C4 chemicals, and wet electronic chemicals, with a comprehensive product portfolio. Its core products include caustic soda, propylene oxide, MTBE (Methyl Tertiary-Butyl Ether), and electronic-grade hydrofluoric acid.
