Liaoning Province Launches the Second Batch of Advanced-Level Smart Factory Selection

Recently, Liaoning Province has organized the selection of the second batch of Liaoning Provincial Advanced-Level Smart Factories in 2025 to build an "upgraded version" of smart manufacturing, and implement the gradient cultivation of smart factories in accordance with the four levels £¨Basic/Advanced/Excellent/Leading£©
Advanced-Level Smart Factory Application Requirements: Registered within the territory of Liaoning Province, with independent legal person qualification or independent accounting units regarded as legal persons, and in good condition in terms of assets, credit and operation. The enterprise¡äs leading products (technologies) are in line with national industrial policies and industry policy orientations. The smart factory has been completed and put into use, with its smart manufacturing level playing a leading and driving role in the same industry in the province. It has been reviewed and confirmed as a Basic-Level Smart Factory by the municipal competent department of industry and information technology, and meets the requirements of the element conditions for Advanced-Level Smart Factories.
According to the plan, Basic-Level Smart Factories focus on the construction of digital transformation and network connection to promote the popularization of digitalization; Advanced-Level Smart Factories focus on the construction of digital transformation and network collaboration to build a development benchmark leading the regional industry; Excellent-Level Smart Factories focus on the construction of digital transformation, network collaboration and intelligent upgrading to build a development benchmark leading the country; Leading-Level Smart Factories focus on the construction of digital transformation, network collaboration and intelligent reform to explore future manufacturing models and build a development benchmark leading the world.
Since the launch of the selection of digital workshops and smart factories in 2022, Liaoning Province has selected 469 digital workshops and 238 smart factories.
