Construction scale and content:
Green power consumption and hydrogen production main equipment: A green hydrogen production plant with an annual output of 130,000 tons will be built. The project adopts the mature technical route of alkaline water electrolysis for hydrogen production, with supporting construction of corresponding rectifier transformers, electrolyzers, gas-liquid separation and purification equipment, etc.
Infrastructure and public works: Newly-built hydrogen production workshop, compression station (if needed), hydrogen storage facilities, comprehensive office building, transformer and distribution station, water supply system, etc.
