Recently, the Leshan Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment announced the approval opinions on the environmental impact assessment (EIA) document of the 10,000-tonne/year polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) and 60,000-tonne/year electronic-grade anhydrous hydrogen fluoride project of Sichuan Zhongfu Taihua New Materials Technology Co., Ltd.

Construction Content: The project will build a 60,000-tonne/year electronic-grade anhydrous hydrogen fluoride production unit and a 70,000-tonne/year electronic-grade hydrofluoric acid production unit using purchased fluorite and sulfuric acid as raw materials. It will also construct a 10,000-tonne/year polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) production line with purchased R152a and liquid chlorine as raw materials, including a 18,000-tonne/year R142b unit, an 11,000-tonne/year VDF unit and a 10,000-tonne/year PVDF unit.
