Recently, the Ministry of Emergency Management initiated the safety expert guidance service for hydrogen peroxide producers in 2025.

In accordance with the "Three-Year Action Plan for Fundamental Safety Improvement in Chemical and Hazardous Chemicals Production (2024–2026)" and the annual key tasks, the Ministry of Emergency Management has directed various regions to conduct a special safety campaign for hydrogen peroxide producers since March 2025.

In this guidance service, experts from the ministerial level specializing in safety, process, and electromechanical instrumentation were organized to conduct on-site guidance for selected key enterprises. The initiative aims to strictly align with the "Key Points for Safety Risk Prevention and Control in the Acid-Alkali Alternating Fixed Bed Hydrogen Peroxide Production Process Reform Project (Trial)" by implementing requirements such as process safety reliability, an independent alkali wash working solution regeneration system, and interlock functions of the safety instrumented system. This effort helps identify and rectify potential hazards, effectively manage safety risks during the reform process, and enhance the inherent safety level of companies.

Currently, the expert guidance service team has been dispatched to Jiangsu, Anhui, Hunan, and other regions to carry out their work.
