Recently, the Shandong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology publicized the list of the 9th batch of Shandong Provincial Manufacturing Single Champion Enterprises. Twenty enterprises in Liaocheng, including Luxi Engineering, Rihui Cable and Xinfa Polyvinyl Chloride were successfully selected, ranking 6th in the province in terms of the number of selected enterprises. Up to now, the city has cultivated a total of 108 manufacturing single champion enterprises at or above the provincial level.

In recent years, focusing on the "top-priority project" of industrial economy, Liaocheng has continuously intensified efforts to cultivate manufacturing single champion enterprises. By integrating gradient cultivation with targeted services, it has built a gradient cultivation system for high-quality enterprises and fostered a number of manufacturing single champion enterprises with prominent industrial status and leading professional technologies.

Strictly adhering to the principle of "reserving a batch, cultivating a batch and upgrading a batch", Liaocheng has systematically sorted out resources of high-quality enterprises. It has accurately selected and reserved a number of "potential single champions" that master core technologies and hold high market shares, established a cultivation database for manufacturing single champion enterprises, and strengthened dynamic monitoring, evaluation as well as targeted management services. At present, 90 enterprises have been included in the cultivation database.

Focusing on core areas such as enterprises′ specialized development, operation and management upgrading, and innovation capability enhancement, Liaocheng has implemented a "one enterprise, one policy" targeted counseling mechanism. It has carried out systematic guidance on policy system interpretation, management measure elaboration, basic declaration conditions and standardized process operation, helping enterprises improve quality and efficiency.
