On December 16, Shaanxi Jintai Chlor-Alkali Chemical held the commissioning ceremony of its central control room, marking the successful completion of the company’s on-site renovation project and ushering in a new phase in centralized production control, intelligent upgrading, and the improvement of safety and environmental protection standards.

As a core sub-project of the company’s on-site renovation initiative, the central control room was designed with the development goals of intelligentization, intensification and safety from the very beginning of construction. Covering a total floor area of 1,958 square meters, it integrates safety control, production scheduling, video monitoring and data visualization in one place. The commissioning of the central control room has significantly enhanced the enterprise’s safety protection capabilities and further consolidated the outcomes of its efforts to build a standardized work safety enterprise. It has also comprehensively optimized production efficiency: the centralized control mode has resolved long-standing issues such as poor coordination and complicated communication, leading to a marked improvement in the response speed of production scheduling. In terms of intelligent upgrading, the room is deeply integrated with the company’s informatization projects, establishing a digital management system encompassing smart production, intelligent patrol inspection, intelligent security and personnel positioning, which provides a stronger guarantee for the safe operation of the enterprise.

Going forward, Jintai Chlor-Alkali will leverage the central control room to further advance digital transformation and technological innovation, continuously improve its safety and environmental management system, and make greater contributions to the high-quality development and industrial upgrading of the chlor-alkali chemical sector.
