The Gas-Phase Ethylene Receiving Pipeline of Guangxi Huayi Successfully Put into Operation

Recently, the newly built vapor-phase ethylene receiving pipeline of Guangxu Huayi was officially put into operation, introducing ethylene from China National Petroleum Corporation¡äs Guangxi Petrochemical Company and simultaneously integrating it into the production system of the facility. The pipeline achieved a one-time successful commissioning, maintaining safe and stable gas supply and establishing a stable and reliable new channel for the company¡äs bulk production material supply.
Since the project was initiated, under the unified planning and deployment of Huayi Qinzhou Chemical New Materials Integrated Base, all professional departments, production facilities, and participating construction units of the company have closely collaborated and worked in synergy. Faced with multiple challenges such as complex pipeline layout, intricate on-site conditions, and high requirements for cross-unit coordination, the project team proactively took measures and implemented precise strategies. They continuously optimized construction plans and procedures, strictly controlled safety management and construction quality, and completed key processes such as pipeline pressure testing, pigging, dry gas tightness testing, instrument commissioning, and real gas replacement with high standards and efficiency, achieving the set construction goals on schedule.
The pipeline primarily receives gaseous ethylene feedstock from Guangxi Huayi Energy Chemical Company and PetroChina Guangxi Petrochemical Company. Its commissioning not only further expands the company¡äs supply channels for bulk production materials, establishing a high-quality, efficient, stable, and diversified raw material assurance system, but also represents a significant practical achievement in the company¡äs efforts to enhance quality, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. The successful operation of the project further leverages the industrial cluster advantages of material mutual supply and resource sharing among enterprises within the Qinzhou Petrochemical Industrial Park, while also demonstrating the immense potential for deep integration and development of the upstream and downstream industrial chains at Huayi Qinzhou Base.
