Recently, the 24,000 Nm³/h hydrogen production unit technological upgrade project, part of the Phase I BDO Integration Project of Inner Mongolia Sanwei New Materials Co., Ltd. undertaken by the Northwest Branch of China National Chemical Engineering Eleventh Construction Co., Ltd., has been successfully completed as scheduled and achieved a successful one-time startup after the strenuous efforts and meticulous construction of all builders. Qualified hydrogen has been produced, marking the official entry of the unit into the production and operation phase.

As a key link in the extension and upgrading of the BDO industrial chain, the project features high technical standards, great construction difficulties and tight schedules. Since the start of construction, the project management team has adhered to the principle of "safety first, quality-oriented", organized meticulously, managed scientifically, and fully leveraged its technical advantages and rich experience in industrial plant construction. Faced with challenges such as complex construction sites and numerous cross operations, the project team made careful arrangements, optimized construction plans, strengthened process control, and strictly supervised every process and link, ensuring the project progressed safely, with high quality and efficiency.

The successful commissioning of this 24,000 Nm³/h hydrogen production unit not only provides stable and reliable hydrogen supply guarantee for the upstream BDO production units, but also holds great significance for optimizing the regional energy structure, improving the level of comprehensive resource utilization, and promoting the green and low-carbon development of the industrial chain.
