Recently, the production and upgrading project for food-grade flakes at Qinghai Yihua Chemical was successfully completed. The first products were produced, meeting all performance standards and simultaneously obtaining the food production license, marking a solid step forward for the company in the field of fine chemical products.
The project is designed to produce 40,000 tons of food-grade flakes annually, serving as a key initiative by the company to upgrade its product structure. The production process strictly follows national food-grade production standards. By constructing a dedicated clean packaging facility and standardized warehouses, along with introducing equipment such as palletizing robots and automated packaging machines, the project achieves fully clean and automated management from production to packaging.
The successful mass production of this product marks a concrete implementation of Qinghai Yihua¡äs strategy for specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative products. It further enriches the product matrix, accumulates replicable experience for future diversified development and provides technical support and industrial synergy foundations for the development of diversified PVC products.
As of now, a total of 474 tons have been signed for. In the next step, Qinghai Yihua Chemical will continue to focus on technological innovation and product upgrading, optimize production processes, enhance product value-added, accelerate the development of more high-value-added fine chemical products, and facilitate the company¡äs transition from traditional chemical production to green and high-end chemical manufacturing.
