It is learned that on March 31, good news came from the hoisting project of the country’s largest SAF capacity project under construction – the 1 million tons per annum waste oil processing sustainable aviation fuel project of Hennan Junheng Industrial Group Biotechnology, undertaken by Shaanxi Petroleum Chemical Engineering and Construction. The hoisting team used a 3200-tonne-class crawler crane to complete the hoisting task of the pre-treatment reactor, the core equipment, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent construction progress of the project.

Based on its existing 300,000 tons per annum sustainable aviation fuel capacity, Junheng Bio is expanding the 1 million tons per annum waste oil processing sustainable aviation fuel project of Parity Group with a total investment of 3.146 billion yuan, raising the total capacity to 1 million tons per annum. As the largest SAF capacity project under construction in the country and also a national advanced green and low-carbon technology demonstration project, upon completion and commissioning, the project will form an annual production capacity of 1 million tons, with annual sales output value exceeding 10 billion yuan.
