According to the relevant provisions of the "Measures for the Management of Designated Delivery Warehouses of the Dalian Commodity Exchange" and the "Regulations on the Qualifications and Supervision of Designated Delivery Warehouses of the Dalian Commodity Exchange," it has been decided after deliberation:

Add Wanhua Chemical Group (Yantai) Olefins Co., Ltd. as a designated delivery warehouse for polyvinyl chloride products.

The aforementioned matters shall take effect as of the date of this notice.
