To further implement the ISO9001 quality management system and strengthen full-process quality control, the ISO9001 audit team of Hongsifang conducted a special system audit on its chlor-alkali plant on May 27. Led by the Quality Management Department, the audit panel consists of core technical specialists from the Synthetic Ammonia Plant, Fine Chemical Plant, Production Management Department and Enterprise Management Department, delivering a comprehensive systematic inspection via cross-departmental professional resources.

In line with requirements specified in ISO9001 system documents, the audit team carried out item-by-item verification covering core items including system implementation status, process management, technical parameter control, non-conforming product management, record standardization and closed-loop rectification of identified issues through document review, on-site inspection, staff interviews and record tracing.

Moving forward, the company’s ISO9001 audit team will keep track of rectification progress to ensure all defects are fully closed and improvement measures are effectively executed. Meanwhile, the Quality Management Department will rely on regular routine audits to optimize long-term management mechanisms, facilitate deep integration of the quality management system into production & operation, whole-process supervision and on-site operational procedures, elevate the company’s overall quality management capability and underpin high-quality corporate development.
