(hereinafter referred to as " Levima Advanced Materials ") released a prospectus (application draft) for the issuance of A-shares to specific targets. According to the announcement, no more than 267113600 shares (including principal) will be issued to specific targets, with the total amount of raised funds expected to not exceed 2.02 billion yuan (including principal). The net amount of raised funds after deducting issuance expenses is planned to be invested in the integrated project of new energy materials and biodegradable materials.
