Firstly, we need to make sure that the specialized team plays its part in improving the production management of calcium carbide, clarifies the division of responsibilities, consolidates work responsibilities, carefully organizes and sorts out the difficulties and blockages in the production process of calcium carbide, timely organizes and coordinates solutions, strictly follows the implementation plan for improving the production management of 40,000 kVA calcium carbide furnaces and supervises the implementation of various control measures.

Secondly, it is necessary to regularly organize the calculation of economic indicators and production benefits in the production process of calcium carbide, summarize and analyze them, identify entry points, focus on key areas, resolve outstanding problems, improve work efficiency, and continuously optimize the production indicators and operating loads of 40,000 kVA calcium carbide furnaces by strengthening control measures such as raw materials, processes, and equipment, in order to continuously improve the level of refined management in the production process of calcium carbide furnaces.
