Progress of Integrated Projects Such As Methanol to Olefins in Guangxi Huayi

Recently, news came from the site of the methanol to olefin and downstream deep processing integration project of Guangxi Huayi Energy and Chemical Co., Ltd. that the main buildings of the methanol to olefin and vinyl acetate units have completed structural topping out, and the 220kV main transformer has met the conditions for delivery. As the upper structure construction of each building in the front area of the plant has been fully carried out and topping out is gradually completed from November to December, the prototype of the plant area is taking shape.
Methanol to Olefins and Downstream Deep Processing Integration Project under the Guangxi Huayi Energy and Chemical Co., Ltd includes a 1 million ton/year methanol to olefins plant, a 300,000 ton/year vinyl acetate plant, a 250,000 ton/year tubular EVA plant, a 100,000 ton/year kettle EVA plant, and supporting public and auxiliary facilities.

The project is situated at longitude 108.619516922 E and latitude 21.716868431 N (center coordinates). On the east side of the project site is the high-pressure corridor and Linhai Avenue of the park, on the west side is the Huayi Phase I and Phase II projects, on the south side is the Suez hazardous waste treatment and gas island tank area across Yingpan Street, and on the north side is the Chengxing Phosphorus Chemical Industry Base.

Construction content: 1 million tons/year methanol to olefin plant, 300,000 tons/year vinyl acetate plant, 2 กม 200,000 tons/year kettle and tubular tail EVA plant, and supporting public and auxiliary facilities.
