The Ethylene-based PVC Export Market Remains Sluggish in East China

Currently, ethylene PVC export enterprises basically do not make external quotations in East China. According to the enterprise personage, despite normal operation of the PVC facilities in the region, the export producers have not closed a deal recently due to slack external demand. It is reported that some local ethylene PVC export enterprises have quoted around USD 780-790/ton FOB. It is expected that the PVC export market will continue to decline in a couple of days.
