East China Sees a Decline in the Ethylene-based PVC Export Price

Recently, the export market of ethylene PVC in East China has declined slightly, currently at the level of USD 890/ton FOB. According to business people, the local operating rate of PVC plants remains stable at present. In the absence of obvious advantages in price, local PVC export enterprises have fewer transactions, mostly based on small orders.
