As the export market for ethylene-based PVC in East China has continued to be sluggish recently, local export enterprises have suspended their external offers. According to industry insiders, the local PVC plant is currently operating normally. However, with the arrival of Eid al Fitr, overseas demand in the region is becoming weaker, making the local export transaction market slacker than the early period.
