Recently, SG-3 polyvinyl chloride resin independently developed by Huatai Company under Zhongtai Group successfully went offline in Urumqi.

Boasting excellent plasticizer absorption and electrical properties, SG-3 PVC resin is suitable for calendering, extrusion, and injection molding and mainly applied in soft films, hoses, sheets, wires, cables, as well as soft toys and shoe materials.

The successful production of SG-3 PVC resin marks a solid step for Zhongtai Group in product diversification and high-end development, and also marks another important step for Huatai Company in accelerating the cultivation of new quality productivity. In the PVC workshop, SG-3 type PVC resin particles are automatically packaged, stacked by a robotic arm, and finally transported to the warehouse by a forklift. The entire production process is efficient and precise, ensuring that product quality reaches an excellent grade. At present, while 4000 tons of SG-3 resin have been produced, downstream customers fall over each other to place orders.

"The SG-3 type PVC resin produced this time has superior performance compared with the SG-5 type as the former requires higher reaction time and polymerization temperature during the production process, and has more precise addition of auxiliary materials."
