Tianchen and Yihua Signed EPC General Contractor Contract

On March 19th, Tianchen Company signed an EPC general contractor contract for the relocation and energy-saving renovation project of 200,000 tons/year of caustic soda with Hubei Yihua New Energy Company. Relevant leaders from both sides attended the signing ceremony.
On the ceremony, the leader of Tianchen Company stated that the relocation and energy-saving renovation project of 200,000 tons/year of caustic soda is a key development project of Yihua Group, as well as the first general contractor project under the framework of the strategic cooperation agreement between Yihua Group and Tianchen Company. It marks a milestone and a new starting point for the cooperation between the two parties. From the early-stage services of the project to the signing of the general contractor contract, the project team of Tianchen Company has maintained close cooperation with Yihua’s team, and both sides have worked together to promote the smooth construction of the project. Tianchen Company will uphold a serious and pragmatic attitude, rely on its rich engineering experience and advanced project management model, coordinate advantageous resources, and complete the project construction with high quality and on schedule.
The leader of Yihua Group expressed that Yihua Group will take the project relocation as an opportunity to promote the energy-saving renovation of the chlor-alkali chemical industry, adopt advanced, mature, and reliable ion-exchange membrane caustic soda production technology, expand the downstream market of chlor-alkali chemicals, improve the company′s industrial layout of coal, phosphorus, and salt chemicals, and lay a solid foundation for the transformation and upgrading of Yihua Group. It is hoped that Tianchen Company will give full play to its advantages in innovation, technology, management, and resources, ensure safety, quality, and construction period, and make unremitting efforts for the successful completion of the project.
After the signing ceremony, both sides held a project kick-off meeting to comprehensively deploy various tasks of the project.
