Befar Group Announced the Acquisition of Haiming Chemical′s Caustic Soda Project

On March 27th, Befar Group announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Befar Haiming, intended to acquire Haiming Chemical′s 200,000 tons/year caustic soda project for 149 million yuan. Haiming Chemical is an affiliated party of the company, and this transaction constitutes a related party transaction.
