  Sinochem Lantian’s 100,000 Ton Electrolyte Project about to Undergo Trial Production

According to Sichuan Daily, the annual production of 100,000 tons of lithium battery electrolyte project by Sinochem Lantian Sichuan New Energy has recently entered the equipment debugging phase and will be put into trial production next month.

On July 19, 2023, the electrolyte project with an annual capacity of 200,000 tons was officially launched in the Chuannan New Materials Chemical Park in Zigong, Sichuan. With a total investment of 1.1 billion yuan, it is expected to be completed in May 2024. The project will create an advanced electrolyte manufacturing factory that integrates "green development, zero emissions, refinement, and intelligence".

Haohua Technology′s acquisition of 100% equity of Sinochem Lantian through the issuance of shares was approved by the Shanghai Stock Exchange on March 27, 2024. During this acquisition process, Haohua Technology plans to raise matching funds of no more than 4.5 billion yuan from private placements including foreign trade trust and Sinochem Capital venture capital for 9 fundraising projects and to supplement working capital or repay debts. The specific fundraising project situation is as follows:

The entity of the upcoming trial production project is Sichuan Zhonglan New Energy Materials Co., Ltd., which plans to build a 200,000 ton/year lithium-ion battery electrolyte project. Among them, one production line with an annual output of 100000 tons of lithium-ion battery electrolyte will be built each in the first and second phases. The construction period of the first phase is from May 2023 to April 2024, and that of the second phase is from April 2025 to April 2026.
