Recently, the Hubei Provincial Government issued the ‘Decision on the 2023 Hubei Provincial Science and Technology Awards’. Two projects of Yihua Group have won the awards.

1- ‘Key Technologies and Industrialization of Green Production of Calcium Carbide PVC Multi-catalytic Segmented Regulation Polymerization’ was awarded the Second Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress. The project has made significant innovations in the integration of key technologies and industrialization technologies, forming a complete circular industrial chain from catalyst production - usage – recycling. The overall technology of the project has reached the international leading level, and the research results have been widely applied in many large-scale catalyst manufacturing enterprises and PVC chemical enterprises.

2- ‘Key Technologies and Applications of Safe and Efficient Mining of Complex and Difficult-to-treat Phosphate Mines - Integrated Gravity-Floatation Separation’ was awarded the Third Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress. This project was targeted significant issues such as low recovery rate, difficulties in safety monitoring, and poor ore sorting effectiveness in China′s underground phosphate mining and developed a set of efficient development and utilization technologies and engineering demonstrations with independent intellectual property rights.
