On April 19th, Guangxi chlor alkali organized a kickoff meeting for production preparation of the third phase HPPO project. Li Fan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of the company, attended the meeting and made requests. Among the participants were members of the Guangxi chlor alkali leadership team and all members of the project production preparation team. Cui Wei, the chief engineer of the company and the general manager of Guangxi chlor alkali, presided over the meeting.

At the meeting, participants exchanged practical experience about the production preparation work of Guangxi chlor alkali phase II project and analyzed the existing problems. This provided reference for the production preparation work of Guangxi chlor alkali phase III project, avoided the problems in the production preparation process of phase II project, and ensured the high-quality completion of all production preparation work. At the same time, the responsible persons of each production unit and relevant department of the Phase III project will report and exchange speeches around the project′s production preparation work based on the actual situation.

The meeting requires that a production preparation plan based on its own characteristics and actual work should be developed for each equipment, and professional technical, safety, material and other management work with high standards and strict requirements should be implemented. Efforts should be made to coordinate the training of production preparation personnel, develop detailed internal and external training plans, and ensure adequate talent support. Carry out the collection and preparation of various documents, and synchronously translate materials according to project progress, providing document support for production preparation work. Plan in advance the continuity and relevance of various production bidding projects, make unified arrangements, and ensure the normal and steady progress of production preparation work. Regular monthly production preparation meetings should be held to coordinate and address any issues that may arise during work, effectively controlling and advancing various tasks.
