In the third quarter, impacted by hot and rainy weather in July and August as well as overhaul of some enterprises, the growth rate of industrial production slowed down slightly. However, benefiting from the continuous supply-side structural reform of the country, the utilization rate of industrial capacity in China remained stable in the third quarter, showing an obvious year-on-year rise. Among them, the steel and coal production capacity utilization continued its upward trend since the second half of last year; equipment manufacturing capacity utilization continued to be higher than the average level.
